Rani's gameplan through Mumtaz works out well and now Sandhya is putting hurdles in the marriage between Prakash and Mahalaxmi.

Prakash gets suspicious on Rani that she is now into something new.

Devaraj calls in Thopias and asks him what he wants for the marriage between Prakash and Sandhya to take place. Whether he needs his whole money or life.

Devaraj leaves and Thopias goes into thinking...

Mumtaz during one of her visits to Sandhya's house overhears Sandhya telling to Maha that like a foolish Devaraj has written a will on Rani's name.

When Rani hears this news from Mumtaz it is overjoy for her and her arrogance rises to extreme lengths with everyone.
